I suppose it makes sense though. They're a bit jealous sometimes. But the other branches have different niches. They aren't really in competition with us. The Air Force doesn't complain that they have a bunch of real angry cavemen to protect their bases in combat zones. The Navy is happy to let the Marines take the front on deck of ships during straits transits when there might be violence. None of us know what the space force does.

The Army is in direct competition. They feel inadequate, so they call us crayon eaters.
